The hotel is conveniently located in the uptown area, close to the bus station, making it easy to explore Cebu City and the surrounding areas. it is within walking distance to the St Nino church and all the old town attractions, allowing guests to experience the cultural heritage. the hotel is near the center of the city, providing easy access to shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities could be improved, based on some reviews mentioning dusty corners and dirty walls.

The hotel is clean, accessible to malls and attractions, offers rooms with nice views, and is near the night market. Staff is accommodating and helpful. Apologies were given and issues were quickly resolved, such as a room change due to cockroaches. Staff even provided hot water outside of kitchen hours.

We had a comfortable stay at a conveniently located hotel in the heart of the city, with a nice view from our room on the 16th floor. The staff promptly cleaned our AC unit upon request, and the Wi-Fi in the lobby was sufficient for basic internet use. While the cable reception was limited, we found alternatives for dining nearby. The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger, but considering the location and price, it was a decent choice for a short stay.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and basic amenities. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, providing a decent bed, bathroom, and even a telephone. On top of that, some rooms offer a great view of Osmeña Blvd, adding to the overall experience.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
